Here we are a full 2 months removed from Groundbreaking and dirt has yet to move.  You might be asking, "What's happening?"  We lost the month of June because of some disputed language in the loan term sheet.  Once that was agreed upon, the appraisal was ordered.  We are currently waiting for the appraisal of the property, the title search, the Phase 1 Environmental study, and other things needed to close the loan.

On the design side of things, Kevin Fosbenner of David Barron and Associates has been working with Brad Design and Enginering in order to complete the design work and permitting.  Things are moving along quite well in that regard.
