Feed The Bay 2012

How does Feed The Bay work?  Each participating church will be given a grocery list to be handed out at their worship services, Sunday, March 25.  Leaders of each church will challenge their congregation to leave church and go shop at participating Publix Supermarkets or one closest to your home between the hours of 8am and 2pm for the benefit of those in need in our community.  The member takes the list to a participating grocery store to purchase whatever items they choose to buy and then deposits them into the back of trucks parked at  participating Publix stores. 

You have 3 opportunities to be a participant on March 25:  Shop & donate (no need to register), or help load trucks at the supermarkets, or help unload and sort at food banks.

ALL VOLUNTEERS FOR LOADING & UNLOADING TRUCKS, AS WELL AS ASSISTING AT THE FOOD BANKS, WILL NEED TO REGISTER AT WWW.FEEDTHEBAY.ORG.
